The Ribshack has been around for a very long time and has defined itself as one of the leading restaurants in Paphos. The owners Fivos, Sally and their son Pascal all work in the restaurant.

Specialising in ribs and steak, the beef is always fresh never frozen, using only the best cuts. With 4 different kind of ribs to choose from, they cater to all tastes.

With a menu created by an American chef, there is a great choice from Mexican style food, steaks and ribs, to chicken, which is corn fed and imported from France.

Tip: Sally created their mouth-watering dessert menu!

Try the Mars Bar Cheesecake or her Sticky Toffee Pudding and you’re sure to be impressed.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday 18:00 to 23:00, on Tuesdays it is closed.
